Line Dancing Tuesday

April 7 through June 16 with the exception of May 19 5:30-7:00pm
August 25 - October 20 5:30-7:00pm

Do you like Line dancing or just want to get up and move with your friends and neighbors? Join us for Line Dancing Tuesdays. It is $5 to join in the fun with drinks available at an additional cost. You do not need to know how - our wonderful instructor Anne Marie will show you the moves!

The Weekly Stretch

The Weekly Stretch Is now open for all to join. We focus on stretching for our health. If you want an addition to your physical therapy, motivation to maintain your flexibility, what ever the reason its good to stretch it out. We have comfortable mats set up so you do not need to stretch on a cold hard floor.
Join us Saturdays 9:00 am
Donation of $5 a session.
